Dr. Olu Albert is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Mello Health Strategy Group, LLC. He is a public health leader, epidemiologist, and healthcare strategist with more than three decades of experience across public health, healthcare delivery systems, and health policy implementation.

Dr. Albert previously served as Assistant Division Director for Health Benefits Operations and Contract Compliance for the State of New Jersey. Earlier in his career, he led tobacco control and chronic disease prevention programs for the State of New Jersey.

He also brings international healthcare systems experience through work with Ministries of Health and healthcare organizations in Saudi Arabia and Southeast Asia supporting health system strengthening and clinical operations improvement.

Dr. Albert is a veteran and holds a Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Public Health from Morehouse School of Medicine. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).

At Mello Health Strategy Group, Christina serves as Director of Client Services, where she leads client engagement with a strong emphasis on service excellence, quality assurance, and patient safety. She is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of healthcare consulting engagements, translating organizational strategy into actionable program plans with clearly defined, measurable outcomes. Christina ensures that all deliverables are executed with precision, aligned with regulatory and industry standards, and grounded in evidence-based best practices.

She directs the full project lifecycle—from scope development through execution and delivery—while managing multi-project portfolios to ensure timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction. Christina leads cross-functional teams of internal staff, subcontractors, and subject matter experts, and implements continuous improvement methodologies, including PDCA, to optimize performance and strengthen operational efficiency. She also establishes performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems that promote transparency, accountability, and results-driven decision-making.

In her client-facing role, Christina serves as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, facilitating executive-level briefings, trainings, and strategic discussions. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that enhance care delivery, mitigate risk, and improve system performance. She ensures strict adherence to contractual requirements, compliance standards, and quality control processes, reinforcing a high-reliability approach across all engagements.

Additionally, Christina contributes to business growth by supporting proposal development, identifying new opportunities across federal and state sectors, and cultivating strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and public agencies. Through her leadership, Mello Health Strategy Group consistently delivers high-quality, compliant, and impactful solutions that drive measurable and sustainable improvements in healthcare systems.
